Chess Arbiter and Tournament Conductor ( National & FIDE )

As an arbiter and organizer of our chess tournaments, you will collaborate with Divine Chess Gurukul Team to create, deploy and run National & FIDE chess tournaments. This position is both creative and rigorous by nature and you need to think independently to accomplish the goals. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done"
spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire tournament cycle
- Achieve monthly tournament objectives
- Meet Quality that JCA & FIDE expects
- Tournament registration and report submissions with JCA
Must Have
- NA / FA / IA - Title
- Ability to operate Swiss Manager
- Japanese Language Proficiency
Nice to have
- Adaptability, Friendliness, Flexibility while following FIDE Regulations.
- English Language Proficiency
What We Offer
On tournament days, Daily compensation and travel allowance will be provided. Tournaments will be held in Tokyo.
